About Me
Danielle Leef, who resides on Long Island, is a photographer of nature's natural beauty. Besides her initial interest in flower photography, she specializes in vibrant scenic landscapes, most commonly on the local bodies of water, which provide many opportune shots of the horizon during sunrises and sunsets. She has expanded to other types of photography as well, including black & whites, wildlife, long exposure and abstract photography. She strives to bring a fresh perspective and to preserve the wonder of these natural sights within a photograph. Her work has been exhibited at Ashawagh Hall in Springs, NY, Guild Hall in East Hampton, NY and 4 North Main Street Gallery, the Madelle Semerjian Gallery & The Levitas Center for the Arts in Southampton, NY. Her photography has also been published in Hamptons Magazine, Newsday, and The Southampton Press. You can also follow her on Instagram @dhleef or check out her Facebook page.
